TitanPay Affiliate Agreement
1. Parties
This agreement is entered into between the owners of TitanPay.com (hereinafter referred to as TitanPay) and yourself (hereinafter referred to as “Affiliate”). TitanPay reserve the right to change the terms of this agreement any time and without any notice.
2. Agreement to sell TitanPay Products
TitanPay agrees to allow the Affiliate to sell any of the products found here: http://www.titanpay.com. This agreement allows the Affiliate access to any content TitanPay designates for Affiliate use.
3. Legal Action
TitanPay cannot take responsibility for advertising claims made by the Affiliate or any problems associated with the product.
4. Payment Details
TitanPay agrees to pay the Affiliate the following amounts upon the sale price.
5. Method of payment
The Affiliate agrees to accept payment via one of the following methods: Paypal or Bank transfer ($30 wire fees apply for all transfers). TitanPay will make these payments monthly.
6. Account Refusal
TitanPay reserves the right to refuse anyone an affiliate account for any reason.
7. Account Closure
TitanPay and Affiliate reserve the right to terminate any affiliates account without pre-warning, at any time, for any reason. TitanPay reserves the right to have content removed from any medium through which the Affiliate promotes TitanPay.
8. Affiliate Purchases
Affiliates are not allowed to refer themselves or their household to the TitanPay affiliate program to gain extra commission.
Affiliates are not allowed to use their own affiliate link to make purchases of TitanPay products for themself or their household. The commisions for such sales will not be paid and refunds will be given only based on terms from http://www.halfagain.com/terms-of-service/refunds.
9. Spam
TitanPay does not tolerate any use of email spam in the promotion of its products. Accounts that spam will be closed immediately.
By signing up to TitanPay.com you automatically enter into this agreement.
